Description

The project aimed to revitalize ICCCTO's website to improve brand perception, reduce membership and ticketing costs, and streamline marketing operations. This included a complete front-end overhaul, featuring logo enhancements and an improved information architecture. The migration from Eventbrite to Shopify enabled significant cost savings in both sales and hosting. Customization of the theme ensured compatibility with the client's business workflows. The centralized customer database within Shopify facilitated automated marketing efforts. Additionally, Google Analytics was integrated, and custom dashboards were created to provide deeper insights into user behaviour and traffic sources.
