Led a product team to develop and launch a new cloud-based Power BI reporting platform. This project enabled users to self-serve reporting by integrating the platform into the company’s web portal, while also creating tools for the company’s consultants and BI developers.
Key challenges included:

  • Ensuring the platform is accessible and WCAG 2.1 compliant.
  • The platform is fully integrated into the web portal and features an intuitive UX.
  • Data models are secure and robust, capable of supporting interactive dashboards.
  • The platform is flexible enough to accommodate various clients' data requirements.
